Leadership & Management Team

Mr. Chandrashekar. N is the Managing Director having a work experience of more than two decades, out of which in first 13 years, he worked in diverse fields such as Product Design, Product Development, Quality Management, Marketing and Training until founding Ace Fire Services.

Ms. Roopa N is the director and one of the founding member of the company and since the beginning, she has been part of our core strategic team. She has a comprehensive understanding and has ample experience in support operations, which is really necessary to satisfy customer requirements.

Mr. Srinagesh L R is the General Manager of our Sales division and has an overall work experience of over 3 decades. He has handled and led many positions in respectable organisations in relation to services, sales, and projects. Since 2014, he has been an associate in our company and primarily oversees Project Sales â Fire & Security systems.

Mr. Basheer S is the Head of Projects, having 12 years of expertise in maintenance and erection of Fire Alarm, Access Control and allied security systems. In the company, he is the head of Projects and Maintenance team.

Mr. Arun Nadig NV is the Services Manager with 13 years of cumulative experience. He leads the Project Teams and Service Teams at the sites of clients and handles design, evaluation, client relations and work execution.

Mr. Rajesh S is the General Manager of Sales having experience of close to 2 decades in Sales. He has been involved with our organization from the inception and is mainly responsible for growing and developing the portfolio of Fire Extinguishers business and expanding.
